At Make Make Bienestar, we offer yoga sessions, relaxation techniques and breathing techniques, as a complement to the techniques described above, as we firmly believe that our centre's users must be provided with the tools to be able to maintain the benefits and state of well-being achieved autonomously and consciously.

These techniques provide benefits that go beyond a specific improvement and also help to improve and benefit the well-being sought. We therefore provide the necessary knowledge so that clients know how to avoid their discomfort through: body awareness, ergonomics and proprioception, using yoga, breathing and relaxation.

Yoga, practiced for thousands of years in India, has become a healthy lifestyle that cares for and strengthens the body and mind through a series of postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

With yoga, the body regains a more correct posture and attitude, that is, a greater balance and symmetry between its parts. In this way, the conditions for an optimal energy flow are created.
